A.M.C. Cares

Recently, I saw something on Social Media that really touched my heart. A Assisted Care Facility in Arizona shared some pictures of Residents who were looking for Pen Pals, nationwide. Each participating Resident, shared a little about themselves and their hobbies, likes, etc. I thought that was awesome! So, of course I responded. I wrote to three of the Residents and it felt great. I know first-hand the experience of being a Resident in a Nursing Home/Rehab Facility. On two separate occasions, I was admitted there following complications from Spinal Surgeries. Mothers United

One portion of the "A.M.C." Vision is to have A.M.C. Chapters Nationwide. It is my desire to implement a platform that empowers, enlightens and inspire Mothers everywhere. To encourage a  Mother to become the best woman and individual that she can be. To be the best version of herself. In doing so, she will become a better Mother. Recently, a friend said these words to me, "...reach outside your current Circle and partnership with people who have capacity and heart to do outreach." From the moment of conception, you become responsible for providing a healthy place for the baby to grow. As soon as they are born, they look to you for nourishment and nurturing. Their very first touch and embrace, comes from Mom. At this moment the inexplicable bonding begins. This brand new human changes the course of your life for

Virtual Tea Party

This Thursday, August 6th @ 4 p.m., "A Mother's Cry" will be having our first Virtual Tea Party. Dealing with the Pandemic and all of the stress surrounding it, we are looking forward to a time of fun and fellowship, even if done virtually. Mothers are resilient and we know how to enjoy life even in the worst of times. On this day, we will spend quality time, uplifting, inspiring and laughing. We are always looking for ways to be our best. As a result, we become the best Moms we can be.
